All my love at the Aberdeen | Adam & Mel’s wedding day
Adam and Mel’s wedding at The Aberdeen in Statham, Georgia was nothing short of timeless. Even though this celebration took me outside of Middle Tennessee, where I photograph most of my weddings, I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day for this sweet couple. Their love story began years ago as high school sweethearts, and after documenting their relationship since they were just 15, it was so special to capture the moment they finally said, “I do.”
A Sentimental Setting
The Aberdeen offered the most beautiful backdrop for their day: romantic, elegant, and filled with sentimental charm. While the location was stunning on its own, it was Adam and Mel’s story woven throughout that made the space feel truly timeless. Their day felt intentional and deeply personal.
Adam & Mel’s Sweet Connection
One of the things that makes Adam and Mel so special is their quiet, tender way of loving each other. They are both soft-spoken, gentle, and incredible listeners, the kind of couple who makes everyone around them feel cared for. My Favorite Moments
There were so many emotional and unforgettable parts of their day, but these moments stand out above the rest:
Walking Down the Aisle: Adam’s reaction to seeing Mel walk toward him will forever be one of my favorite memories. The emotion on his face said everything about how much this day meant to him.
The Carriage Ride: Right after the ceremony, Adam and Mel shared a private carriage ride. It was just the two of them, soaking in the reality of being husband and wife for the very first time.
The Toasts: Adam’s brother gave a heartfelt speech that had everyone in tears. It was the perfect reminder of how deeply loved and supported these two are.
Lasting Love
